At Redstone Children's Academy, the security and wellness of children entrusted in our care is our highest priority. We hold ourselves to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Listed below are just some of the measures we have in place to ensure your children grow and learn in the safest environment possible.
HEALTH & WELLNESS PROTOCOLS
RCA goes above and beyond to ensure all health and wellness protocols are strictly enforced. Our measures include:

Disinfecting classrooms, equipment, and toys multiple times each day using non-toxic cleaners.

Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization, Public Health Departments, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Childcare Licensing, and state/local officials.

Teaching and observing proper hand washing techniques.

Preparing all food away from the classrooms in our commercial-grade kitchen.

Wearing disposable gloves to prevent the spread of germs when preparing food and while attending to the sanitary needs of children.

Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly with non-toxic detergent.

Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.

Implementing ongoing health & disease-prevention training.

Touchscreen monitors in the lobby for self check-in and check-out.
