Children's Toys

A Typical Day

 RESPOND

In our Mini Movers classrooms, each child is on a unique, individual schedule. Our Caregivers utilize daily routines and cues to respond to each infant's physical and emotional needs all day long.

Mother Playing with Baby

 PLAY

Throughout the day, our caregivers are watching for cues that tell them your baby is ready for play. With pre-planned, developmentally appropriate activities ready to go, your infant will be reaching new milestones every day.

Baby with Teddy Bear

 OBSERVE

Every day, while interacting with your Mini Mover, our caregivers are observing how they engage with different activities. This helps your child's caregiver to know exactly how to best challenge and assist your infant with future activities.

Basic sign language such as "more," "all done" and "eat" help us communicate with your baby before they begin speaking.

Feeding

Feeding the Baby

While bottle-feeding your baby, we hold them and speak to them. We never prop bottles and always sit next to children eating table food.

Mindful Nutrition

Healthy Breakfast

When your infant starts eating table food, we've got you covered! We provide healthy meals that are cut into safe, bite-size pieces!

Diapering

Baby

Diapering is done as each child arrives, at routine times, and throughout the day as needed. Surfaces are cleaned and hands washed between each child.

Napping

Baby

Every child has their own crib that belongs only to them for the duration of their time in the Mini Movers classroom.

Handwashing

Our caregivers follow strict safe sleep policies in our Mini Movers classroom. Children are immediately moved to their crib when they fall asleep and placed on their back. Nothing is ever placed in their crib with them or hung above the crib.
